War Choice Nutrition ships your orders through its delivery partners and package details are shared, as soon as your order is dispatched from our fulfillment centre(s). The delivery timelines are estimates and the endeavor is to deliver your order at the earliest.
For few locations where no delivery service is available, we are unable to deliver your orders currently and looking at options to add these to our serviceable locations. Updates get posted on social media, please follow us on Insta and FB
Currently, we only ship within India and do not ship to any International locations.
NOTE: Please be assured your order will get delivered, even if it gets delayed due to the Covid-19 lockdown. The situation is constantly changing in different parts of the country and beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING:
Once order is dispatched, you shall receive the AWB# (tracking number) of your package. The number gets activated within 24-48 Hours and can be used to track your order on delivery partner’s website.
RETURNS:
You may return your purchase within 7 days from the date of product delivery. Returned items must be unused, with seal intact and in their original condition. No refunds will be issued for used products and items with tampered seals.
We only accept returns from purchases made on GuruMannNutrition.com. Once your return is received by us, please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to appear on the original method of payment.
Products would not be applicable for return for issues like rashes, upset stomach, headache, flavour like/dislike, flavour difference from one brand to another etc. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product.
NOTE: No returns will be accepted for delays caused by Covid-19 lockdowns across the country.
Damaged Item or Wrong Product or Missing Units:
If you received a Damaged Item or Wrong Product was dispatched to you or Missing Units as per ordered quantity; please call us on +916284229430 within 7 days from the date of product delivery and email the photographs of outer packaging box and the products received in it, to email: info@wcnpro.com
