How soon will my order ship?

• Once your order processing is complete, it is sent to our fulfilment centre(s) and dispatched within 24 to 48 Business Hours. Please note, in case of your order being placed after Friday 5pm, it will be processed on Monday. Kindly consider this for longer fulfillment times during holidays as well.

How soon will I receive my product?

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation along with delivery estimate. Packages are typically delivered within 5-7 Business Days after being dispatched.

What happens if my desired product is out-of-stock?

• We work meticulously to replenish stocks and once available, our valued customers are informed via social media, please follow us on Insta @wcnpro and FB @wcnpro for updates. In the rare case of an item going out-of-stock after your order being processed, our Customer Service Team will contact you to provide possible options.

Can I order samples?

• Unfortunately, we do not have samples at this time.

What countries do you ship to?

• Currently we are shipping only within India. No shipping outside India.

Do you charge for shipping?

What if you do not deliver to my location (pin-code)?

How do I track my order?

• Once order is dispatched, you shall receive the AWB# (tracking number) of your package. The number gets activated within 24-48 Hours and can be used to track your order on delivery partner’s website.
